Vladimir Dovalgo is a chef from St. Petersburg, a specialist in Italian cuisine. He studied at the Barilla Academy (Parma) and was trained by Chef Nino Graziano (two Michelin stars) at Semifreddo restaurant (Moscow).

Our restaurant has its own bakery and pastry shop, where professional confectioners will be happy to realize any of your fantasies. The minimum weight of the cake is 1.5 kg.
